BASIS OF ASSESSMENT: Work in Progress following completion of an SLF audit dated 3-4th October 2022, with certification awarded.

Onsite Audit Conducted. Pangea Leon have no current worker representation and this is a development area for them. However, staff communication is good and there is a "Perfect Assistant" reward & recognition programme in place.

Evidence was also seen of good development opportunities for the workforce.

NEXT STEPS: Structured worker representation is the missing element for successful completion of this section and Pangea Leon are working on this. To maintain this status, Pangea Leon will require a re-audit on or before the 3 October 2024, with SLF or an alternative certification company of equivalent standard.
